Mei-Ling Campbell is the founder of Higher Dama Consulting, a company she founded in 2022 to combine her love of cannabis with her passion to help brands grow and win in their markets. She started her career as a sales rep for Marlboro, and after almost two decades of sales and trade marketing roles spanning multiple leadership positions, entered the cannabis industry in 2019 as VP of Sales and General Manager of Expansion Markets for Stiiizy. For 3 years, she oversaw their exponential growth outside of California, collaborating across multiple departments and state partners to help bring the brand vision to fruition. Now, as a consultant working with renowned brands such as Dabstract, Edie Parker, Airo and Highsman, Mei-Ling brings a wealth of knowledge and experience necessary for cannabis brands looking to successfully launch and expand into regulated markets. Her hybrid CPG to cannabis background enables her to look at every challenge from a data-driven perspective and understand the nuances within each cannabis market to develop winning strategies and
actionable plans.

Mei-Ling is committed to empowering future generations and paving the way for underrepresented leaders. She has helped to establish and build company employee resource
groups such as Women in Sales and EAST (Elevating Asian Strengths and Talents), is on the Board of Directors for the Asian Cannabis Roundtable and is a founding member of the
Authentic Asian. A huge believer in plant medicine, Mei-Ling uses cannabis to help her achieve balance and stay focused as a busy entrepreneur, loving wife, and active mom to 2 boys and a big, fluffy dog. Cannabis is a part of her life, and she recognizes the privilege she has to not only work in it, but to normalize its usage and support others in the industry as well.
