Gillian McCracken is the Regional General Manager for Locals Cannabis Dispensary, overseeing operations for both the Columbus and Cincinnati locations. She also leads purchasing for both stores, working closely with cultivators and brands across Ohio to curate a product selection that prioritizes quality, accessibility, and value for the communities Locals serves.

A medical cannabis patient since 2020, Gillian brings both personal and professional perspective to her work in the cannabis industry. Her experience has fueled a strong passion for cannabis education and helping patients and consumers better understand how different products can support their everyday wellness.

As Ohio continues its transition from a medical-only market to a dual-use market, Gillian focuses on balancing patient care, responsible retail, and strong partnerships with cultivators and brands. Through thoughtful purchasing and menu development, she works to ensure Locals offers high-quality products while keeping them accessible to the communities they serve.
