Sponsors, exhibitors, and third-party vendors

Because OCHBS is a business-to-business summit and event platform, information you provide via forms, ticketing/registration, and mailing list submissions may be shared with:

  • Exhibitors and participating vendors

  • Third-party service providers supporting event operations (ticketing platforms, badge/print vendors, email/SMS providers, analytics providers, customer support tools)

Examples of what may be shared: name, email, company/organization, title/role, attendee category, and engagement context (e.g., “registered attendee,” “requested exhibitor info”).

If you do not want your information shared this way, do not submit forms or register/ticket through the Services.


Service providers (processors)

We share information with vendors who help us operate, such as:
