Hotel Policy
Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out time is before noon on the day of departure.
An extra person charge of $10 will apply for more than 4 people in a studio suite, 6 people in a Studio Suite Double, and 8 people in a two-bedroom suite. Pets are allowed but a fee will apply. Guests must notify the front desk before check-in and sign a pet lodging agreement. Pet fees are $25 per day up to 3 days.
Reservations must be received by the Hotel on or before 08/31/2023. Thereafter, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

The I-X Center is located just two miles away from the Cleveland International Airport. The center takes pride in hassle-free access with plenty of on-site parking. Parking for all shows costs $10.
