Standard Registration Includes

• One 10×10 booth

• 6-ft skirted table

• Two chairs

• Waste basket

• Event access for four company representatives

Exhibitors are responsible for all booth materials, including backdrops,

signage, and easels. Additional booths and exhibitor passes are

available for purchase.

10×20 – $2,450

10×30 – $3,600

20×20 – $4,800

Summit Daily Hours

Doors open: 10:00 am

Doors close: 5:00 pm

Event sponsors receive first choice of booth locations. Remaining booth placements are assigned by the event coordinator. The coordinator reserves the right to adjust the floor plan or relocate exhibits as needed.

The event coordinator reserves the right to restrict, prohibit, or remove any exhibit that detracts from the overall character of the event. This includes issues related to noise, method of operation, materials, or conduct.

Exhibitors are responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws related to fire, safety, and health. Early booth tear-down is not permitted. Exhibitors must wait until the event has officially ended before breaking down. All exhibitor sales are final.
