After spending over a decade in customer service, Ryan returned home to help run his family's label company in Marion, Ohio. It was here that he discovered a giant gap between label and packaging manufacturers like himself, and an emerging cannabis industry that lacked access to streamlined solutions for its ever-evolving packaging needs. In 2016 Ryan created Labelmybud, which quickly became an industry staple for quality labels, merchandise, packaging, and everything in between. In the summer of 2018 Labelmybud became the first and only label manufacturing company to win a High Times Cannabis Cup award for its hot foil stamp labels. Over the years Ryan has participated in hundreds of consults in dozens of states. From cultivators and processors to retailers Ryan has spent countless hours aiding and finding solutions for every corner of the industry. In 2024 Ryan partnered with Chip Kepford and Eric Woodland to design and build a licensed dispensary in Columbus, Ohio. He has held multiple in-store positions and is currently purchasing director as well as the co-GM. Alongside his wife and partner of 14 years, Ryan has 3 amazing children and loves spending time with them outdoors being silly and going to Disneyworld, of course.
