I am proud to be a veteran of the Ohio cannabis program since its inception, bringing over 6.5 years of experience in regulated cannabis retail. I specialize in building scalable, compliant, and customer-focused operations that drive both performance and community connection.
As Managing Partner at Ascension Bio Medical, I am leading the launch of our retail outlets—most recently opening ROAM Dispensary in Seven Hills, Ohio, in June 2025. My role includes developing operational frameworks, SOPs, training programs, and onboarding processes to ensure readiness, compliance, and long-term success.
Previously, I served as Multi-State Regional Manager at PharmaCann/Verilife, where I oversaw 9 retail locations across 3 states, managed a team of 300+ employees, and supported the company’s portfolio and growth. I thrive at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and complianc e, delivering measurable improvements in performance while strengthening teams and customer relationships.
