Mariah Chirchiglia is a business professional, cannabis industry leader, wife, and mother who has built her career around dedication, adaptability, and a passion for helping businesses grow. A 2015 graduate of Youngstown State University, Mariah began her professional journey in the financial industry, where she developed a strong foundation in business operations, analytics, and customer service.

Today, Mariah serves as the Buyer for Green Leaf Therapy, one of the Youngstown area's leading cannabis dispensaries. Her journey into the Ohio cannabis industry began nearly four years ago when her mother, Vicki Groner, and brother, Cory Groner, pursued their dream of opening Green Leaf Therapy. From the earliest stages of a paper application to navigating Ohio's medical cannabis program and the transition to recreational sales, Mariah has had a front-row seat to the company's growth and evolution.

As Buyer, Mariah has played an integral role in shaping Green Leaf Therapy's success. Her responsibilities include product selection, inventory management, vendor relationships, and analyzing market trends to maximize profitability while meeting the needs of the dispensary's diverse customer base. Throughout her career in cannabis, she has embraced the challenges of managing margins, introducing new products, understanding consumer preferences, and creating a product mix that serves the local community.

Outside of her professional accomplishments, Mariah's greatest pride is her family. She has been married to her husband, Vince, for nearly 11 years, and together they are raising their two sons, Enzo and Giovanni. Family remains at the center of everything she does, motivating her both personally and professionally.
When she is not working to make Green Leaf Therapy the premier local dispensary in the Youngstown area, Mariah enjoys traveling, planning Disney vacations, golfing, and creating lasting memories with her family. Her commitment to excellence, entrepreneurial spirit, and dedication to those she loves continue to drive her success both at home and in business.
