Adam Redding's BIO
Adam is the Irrigation & IPM Manager at Certified Cultivators in Dayton, Ohio, where he leads a 9-person team overseeing plant health and nutrition across a 50,000 sq ft commercial cannabis facility running coco coir with high-frequency fertigation across roughly 70 drip zones. With 17+ years of cultivation experience in organic and hydroponic systems, he built an integrated pest management program centered on beneficial foliar applications, biological drenches, and predatory insects, alongside organic inputs woven into the facility’s fertility program. He also played a key role in building out the company’s tissue culture lab. This biologically-driven approach has delivered doubled yields, significant nutrient cost reductions, a near-zero pest incident rate, and under 1% annual plant loss.
