Brad is a Managing Director at Lazear, supporting the firm’s ESOP and M&A practices with a focus on traditional sell-side and ESOP transaction services for middle-market companies. He is passionate about understanding his clients and their businesses, guiding owners through transactions to achieve successful outcomes. While Brad serves clients across a range of industries, he has developed particular experience advising companies in the cannabis sector.

Prior to joining Lazear, Brad was an associate at Cyprium Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, where he focused on underwriting new investments and supporting portfolio companies. Earlier, he was a manager in the transaction advisory services group at RSM US LLP, performing buy-side and sell-side due diligence for middle-market M&A transactions. He also served as an audit manager at KPMG LLP, executing financial statement audits for a Fortune 100 company.

Brad holds a Master’s in Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a B.A. in Business Management from Wittenberg University.
