Nick Halkides is a cannabis operations executive, educator, consultant, and extraction specialist with over a decade of experience in cannabis manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, compliance, and product development. As Director of Operations for Sun Theory and Dialed In Gummies, he has led the launch and operational buildout of cannabis processing facilities across multiple states, including Ohio, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Arizona, Nevada, Florida, New Jersey, and Missouri.

In addition to his industry leadership roles, Nick is the founder of Evolved Cannabis Solutions, a cannabis consulting firm specializing in operations, compliance, extraction, product development, and market-entry strategy for cannabis businesses nationwide. Previously, Nick held leadership positions with Ayr Wellness and Vireo Health, overseeing extraction, production, and regulatory compliance programs. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Baldwin Wallace University and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Nick also serves as an instructor for the Cannabis Hub, teaching ethanol, hydrocarbon, solventless, and post-processing extraction technologies to the next generation of cannabis professionals.
