I began my career in the cannabis industry with GTI as an Assistant General Manager, where I helped lead retail operations during one of the most significant moments in Ohio's cannabis market—the transition to adult-use sales. I was part of the team responsible for planning and executing the adult-use launch, gaining valuable experience in operations, inventory management, team leadership, and delivering an exceptional customer experience during a high-growth period.

I later joined Nirvana as General Manager, where my responsibilities quickly expanded. Within three months, I took over purchasing while continuing to oversee operations and compliance. Through a strategic, data-driven approach to buying and inventory management, I successfully tripled both gross profit and customer traffic. I am passionate about using analytics, market trends, and consumer insights to build profitable product assortments while creating an outstanding retail experience.
