Andrew Morris began his cannabis industry career learning craft indoor and outdoor cultivation in Humboldt, California. In 2017, he expanded into cannabis processing in Temperance, Michigan before helping open the first dispensary in Central Ohio in 2019 as part of the new Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program.

In 2020, Andrew was recognized by Green Entrepreneur magazine as one of the Top 25 Budtenders in the country. In 2021, he attended the Budtender Awards in Las Vegas, where he was nominated for the “Mastermind” award for his product knowledge and ability to communicate that knowledge to patients, and the general public.

After several years in dispensary management, Andrew began brand ambassador work in 2022, educating peers and consumers. In 2024, he moved into sales and business development with Hundred Percent Labs. In his current role, he focuses on bringing innovative cannabis products to market, implementing processes for classic cannabis techniques passed down over generations, and expanding awareness of new product forms through collaboration.
