Pam DeCosta is the CEO and Founder of Vetae Holdings and Vetae Pharms NJ, where she is leading the development of a vertically integrated cannabis operation in New Jersey. A former NCAA Division I basketball coach, Pam has applied the leadership, discipline, and team-building skills she developed while coaching elite athletes to build a culture focused on excellence and performance.

Since founding her cannabis businesses in 2018, Pam has overseen all aspects of strategic planning, capital formation, facility development, licensing, and operations. In her current role, she is responsible for setting the overall strategic vision, securing financing, guiding construction and regulatory approvals, and developing wholesale, manufacturing, and retail operations throughout New Jersey.

Pam is spearheading the launch of a state-of-the-art cultivation, manufacturing, and retail platform designed to bring premium indoor cannabis products to one of the fastest-growing markets in the United States. Her vision is to create a scalable, high-performance company built on proprietary genetics, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering exceptional products and customer experiences.
