Cody Neidig began his career at Pure Ohio Wellness as one of the company’s first trimmers when operations launched. Through a strong focus on process improvement, compliance, and cultivation strategy, he advanced to Compliance Officer and eventually Head of Cultivation. During his tenure in leadership, he helped scale the operation from approximately 35 employees to over 130 while significantly improving cultivation performance—growing annual yield by six times and increasing overall potency by 60%. His experience spans cultivation management, regulatory compliance, and building efficient teams in the Ohio cannabis industry.
