With over a decade of experience, Jeremy has developed and designed cultivation facilities, operational plans, SOPs, and data analytics for commercial cannabis clients across 15 states, including work with license holders in the Massachusetts and New York markets. Prior to launching Open Source Horticulture, Jeremy was the COO for Bickel Consulting, a nationally renowned and respected cannabis cultivation consulting firm where he specialized in the implementation of effective operational strategies and advanced controls, automation, and irrigation systems, leveraging a vast network of vendors and specialists to ensure project success. Prior to consulting, Jeremy served as VP of Operations for Buckeye Relief, a leading cannabis operator in Ohio, since 2017. His background also includes work in the broader CEA sector since 2014, specializing in greenhouse food production systems. Holding an agricultural engineering degree from The Ohio State University, Jeremy combines his deep understanding of natural systems and advanced technology with LEAN manufacturing principles, financial modeling, data analysis, and proven management strategies to provide exceptional value to his clients
