Budtenders sit at the intersection of product, compliance, and customer experience. This session brings together experienced Ohio budtenders to share what they are seeing in real time — from customer behavior and product questions to how recommendations are actually made on the floor. This is a ground-level view of how retail is playing out day to day. Attendees will take away: what Ohio customers are asking for right now; how budtenders guide product recommendations in practice; where confusion shows up most often at the counter; and how retail experience influences purchasing decisions.
