OCHBS provides event information, registration, ticket sales, exhibitor/sponsor inquiries, and related communications for OCHBS events and affiliated programming (the “Services”).

  • Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. Certain events/areas may be age-restricted (e.g., 21+). You are responsible for complying with event and venue age requirements.

  • Accounts and accuracy

If you create an account or submit registration details, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity performed under your login credentials.

  • Ticketing, registration, and payment

    A. Prices and fees

Ticket prices, taxes, and fees (including third-party platform fees) will be disclosed at checkout. All amounts are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

Payment processing

Payments are typically processed by third-party providers. You authorize us and/or our payment partners to charge your selected payment method.

Confirmations

A registration is not complete until you receive a confirmation (email/receipt). If you do not receive confirmation, contact support@ochbs.com.

  • Refunds, transfers, cancellations, and changes

    A. All sales final; exceptions

Unless otherwise stated on the specific event page or at checkout, ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Event changes

Schedules, speakers, venues, programming, and experiences may change. Such changes do not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Cancellation or rescheduling by OCHBS

If OCHBS cancels an event, we may provide (at our discretion and as required by law) one or more of the following: refund of the base ticket price, credit toward a future event, or transfer to a rescheduled date. Fees charged by third parties may be non-refundable depending on provider policies.

Transfers

If ticket transfers are permitted for a specific event, transfer instructions and deadlines will be provided on the event page or by support.
