Sandra Bergman is the founder of ESBE, a loyalty marketing consultancy. In this role she brings more than 25 years marketing experience, the last five focused on the cannabis industry. Most of Sandra’s time in the cannabis industry has been spent in retail marketing with two of the largest MSOs in Colorado, so she brings the retailer’s perspective to all of her work. As a retail marketing director she helped grow from 17 stores in Colorado to 35 across Colorado and New Mexico. Now, Sandra leverages her wealth of marketing expertise to help cannabis retailers nationwide retain more customers, create loyalty and generate more sales.
