Mandy Morton is the co-owner of Locals Cannabis, a locally-owned dispensary brand with locations in Columbus and soon-to-open Cincinnati. With over 20 years of experience in corporate human resources, Mandy brings a people-first approach to cannabis retail—emphasizing strong teams, exceptional customer service, and operational excellence.

She began her journey in the industry in 2020 with GreenGrowth CPAs, where she served as Director of People Operations, helping cannabis businesses scale responsibly and compliantly. After entering Ohio’s RFAII lottery and being awarded a dispensary license, Mandy opened Locals Columbus in 2024 and is preparing to launch the Cincinnati location this summer.

Mandy is passionate about connecting with others in Ohio’s cannabis community, educating the public, and empowering the next generation of cannabis professionals. Her work focuses on navigating the fast-evolving regulatory landscape, training new industry talent, and shaping the future of Ohio’s growing non-medical cannabis market.
