Chad Fuller is an accomplished Professional Chef with over 25 years of experience in the foodservice industry. ​ He currently serves as the Executive Edibles Chef for Klutch Cannabis in Akron, Ohio, where he specializes in crafting high-quality cannabis-infused edibles for the Ohio medical and adult use cannabis program. ​ Chad leads a team that shares his passion for creating new and delicious edibles using premium concentrates and ingredients. ​

Chad holds an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts and is certified in CPR/First Aid, OSHA, and Serve Safe. ​ His expertise has been further honed through training with Klutch and Kiva Confections; a renowned California-based edibles company. ​ Chad and his team have set the “Gold Standard” for Kiva partners, particularly in producing the Lost Farm Live Resin gummy line. ​ His dedication to quality and innovation has helped
Klutch Cannabis secure a significant market share in Ohio’s edibles sector. ​

With a background in managing food outlets in hotels, standalone restaurants, and his own bar and grill, Chad seamlessly integrates traditional culinary techniques into the cannabis kitchen profession. ​ He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience with his team, fostering professional development and ensuring consistent production excellence. ​

Cooking with cannabis has been a lifelong dream for Chad, supported by his wife Jill and their two daughters, Juliana and Angelina. ​ When not working, he enjoys experimenting with research and development in his own kitchen, spending time with his family, and exploring the vibrant culinary scene in his area.
