He is a founding member of OHCANN (Ohio Cannabis Coalition) and serves on its executive board. As one of the leading voices for cannabis legalization in Ohio, Kessler has testified before lawmakers, advocating for regulatory reforms to improve customer access and expand the state’s marijuana program.

With a deep passion for developing unique products and processes—including Riviera Creek’s aeroponic cultivation and solventless processing methods—Kessler has guided the company in utilizing cutting-edge techniques to produce high-quality cannabis products, including Ohio’s top-selling Stambaugh GC brand. His leadership has been integral to the company’s growth, overseeing expansions in production capacity to meet increasing demand.

Prior to his work in cannabis, Kessler spent 17 years leading an American manufacturing company, bringing a wealth of experience in business management and operations to his current role.
