Lissa Satori is an accomplished and innovative organizer of grassroots cannabis advocacy organizations and ballot initiatives. Lissa was the executive director of Ohio Rights Group (2013-2014) and founder of United Ohio (2015-2016) – two premier volunteer cannabis patient organizations. She was a founding member of Ohio Hemp Chamber of Commerce in 2014, owner of the Holistic Hemptique, and the first Ohio Chairwoman of a Women Grow chapter. She then went on to serve with Marijuana Policy Project as the 2016 campaign coordinator for Ohioans for Medical Marijuana, the ballot initiative that prompted the passage of Ohio’s medical marijuana law. Satori continued her work in cannabis policy reform as the director of outreach for Marijuana Policy Project’s Coalition to Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol Michigan, securing an adult use victory for Michigan’s Prop 1 in 2018. After spending time as a consultant working with local municipalities to craft cannabis ordinances and assisting businesses in several states with licensing, she transitioned into a role as director of development for FOCUS, the international cannabis health and safety organization. In 2020, she began working at Curaleaf where she currently serves as a Senior Marketing Manager.
