Tim is a retired Law Enforcement Officer and a US Air Force Veteran. Tim presents with an educational background in Criminal Law, Police Sciences, and Business Management. As a Safety and Security Specialist and an instrumental participant in the creation of Ohio’s Medical and Adult Choice Cannabis and Hemp programs, Tim founded Cannabis Safety First to provide safety and security solutions, training, consulting services and legislative advising.Tim furthers his work with state legislators, licensees and program regulators to secure patient and consumer protection rights, address criminal justice reform, and promote amendments for the betterment of the programs. Tim’s legislative services cover drug policy reform, social justice reform, law enforcement reform, government relations and legislative advising. Tim remains active in the Ohio Medical Cannabis Program as a patient advocate, veteran advocate, and program advocate in his legislative endeavors. Tim also provides a state-accredited safety training program, business development consulting, risk management solutions, collaborating with licensees, and consulting with various advocacy organizations around the state.
