Stacy Primack is a classically trained pastry chef and cannabis culinary innovator whose career bridges fine dining and immersive cannabis experiences. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, with additional training at the French Pastry School and the Stéphane Tréand Pastry School, Stacy spent over 15 years working with renowned chefs and luxury hospitality brands including Emeril Lagasse, Roy Yamaguchi, Graham Elliot, the Ritz-Carlton, and Giuseppe Tentori.
In 2017, Stacy transitioned into cannabis by joining SōRSE Technology, where she curated three cannabis cookbooks and spent six years developing infused dining experiences across North America. During this time, she served thousands of cannabis-infused dishes for national events including Arcview, High Times, MJBizCon, Hall of Flowers, and Herbal Notes.
In 2018, she launched Elevated Fork (www.elevatedfork.com), an underground dining platform inspired by prohibition-era supper clubs. Elevated Fork delivers multi-course infused meals in a safe and curated environment, where guests complete dosage preference guides in advance. Each dinner blends culinary artistry with education, live art, and music, creating an upscale cannabis experience for both canna-curious and seasoned consumers.
Stacy’s recipes and expertise have been featured in Dope Magazine, Cannabis Cooking Magazine, NW Leaf, Kitchen Toke, Wikileaf, Prepared Foods, and she made her television debut in 2020 on Netflix’s Cooked with Cannabis, hosted by Kelis and Leather Storrs. She has also been interviewed on multiple cannabis podcasts and produces educational content on Instagram and TikTok under her handle @Pastrypants.
Her product development background includes formulating Pacific Coast Blue Raspberry, a 100mg THC beverage for Major, which won 1st place in the Oregon Growers Cup and was consistently a top-selling SKU across five states. From 2021–2023, she served as National Brand Manager for Major, helping shape its multi-state market presence.
Now based in Ohio, Stacy continues her work at the intersection of cannabis, cuisine, and education. She hosts private infused dinners for medical patients and clients across the U.S., teaches dosing best practices, and advocates for safe, innovative cannabis experiences. She also serves as Vice Chair of the Natural Therapies Education Foundation (NTEF), a 501(c)(3) dedicated to advancing education, research, and philanthropy around natural healing.
