Tim presents with thirty years experience in the Safety & Security disciplines with an educational background in Criminal Law, Police Sciences and Business Management along with being a retired Law Enforcement Officer and a US Air Force Veteran. As a principal participant in the creation of the Ohio cannabis and hemp programs, Tim founded Cannabis Safety First to provide safety & security services, Patient Advocacy, Government Relations and Training Services to the programs. Tim remains active in the programs by providing state accredited dispensary Foundational and CEU training courses, turnkey security services, legislative input, business development, risk management solutions and assistance to advocacy and patient organizations around the state. Tim’s legislative services cover drug policy reform, criminal justice reform, law enforcement reform, government relations, patient advocate, and veteran advocate. Tim also provides safety security solutions to the Ohio Hospitality industry, Home, Personal, and Business entities.
