Tyler Thayer aka Chuck Tyler is the Cultivation and Post-Harvest Manager at FarmaceuticalRX (FRX) in East Liverpool, Ohio—his hometown—where he’s proud to grow some of the
country’s finest organic cannabis right in his own backyard. With over six years in the legal cannabis industry, Tyler has grown through the ranks—from Cultivation Technician to leading FRX’s cultivation and post-harvest operations. He now oversees every stage of the plant’s lifecycle, from propagation through packaging, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and team development.

Tyler and his team recently launched Anthos, a premium, hand-trimmed flower line focused on terpene-rich genetics and living soil cultivation. A brief venture into hemp led him to founding Tri State Hemp Farms, but his passion has always been rooted in cannabis—ever since 2010, when a batch of his Bubblegum made its way into a Wiz Khalifa smoke session, earning him a shoutout for both himself and the flower’s quality on Wiz’s DayToday Episode 28. Tyler brings a deep love for the plant, strong leadership, and a commitment to sustainability to every grow—and he’s excited to share that with the OCHBS community.
