Steve Annis is a dynamic leader in the beverage industry, currently serving as the National Sales Director of Beverages for STIIIZY. With a unique foundation in finance from his nearly decade-long experience culminating at Wells Fargo, Steve transitioned his expertise to the Consumer Packaged Goods and Beverage Alcohol sector with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits of California.

At Southern Glazer’s, he began in a start-up division representing world-class portfolios like Diageo and Moët-Hennessy, managing some of the largest clients in the country. Over seven years, he demonstrated exceptional leadership, rising through the ranks to lead multiple award-winning sales teams. He then transitioned to the business team, ultimately becoming a Director of California, where he orchestrated strategy, pricing, marketing, and logistics to drive exponential growth across all sales channels.

A key figure in Southern Glazer’s digital transformation, Steve was part of the team that integrated “big data” into practical, street-level sales applications, giving teams a powerful leap in retail and consumer insights. In his current role at STIIIZY, he is spearheading an aggressive national expansion, having successfully launched the beverage line into 11 states and expanded the portfolio to 20 SKUs.

Guiding his professional success is a straightforward, people-first philosophy. Steve shares:
