Lucas Gould is the founder and CEO of Spendr, the only payments, marketing, and rewards platform in the cannabis industry. Prior to founding Spendr, Lucas had a successful career in banking and wholesale payments at JPMorgan Chase. He graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University, where he played basketball and majored in Finance, and also studied at the London School of Economics for a summer. In addition to his professional pursuits, Lucas has a passion for social impact, having founded Hoops for the Homeless, a community service program building basketball courts and recreational spaces for homeless and veterans at the Talbert House in Cincinnati, OH. Lucas believes cannabis should be treated like any other wellness product and has a special interest in using technology to improve human experiences, especially in how people interact with the cannabis plant and the industry at large.
